Terms & Conditions

1.  The Mobile Ark has public liability insurance cover and the certificate is available for inspection.

2. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of all attending The Mobile Ark, we cannot be held liable for any injury or accident occurring during the visit.

3. The Mobile Ark maintains a high standard of animal health and welfare and cleanliness to safeguard all those who come into contact with the animals.

4. It is the responsibility of the person booking the visit to ensure that anyone suffering from a known allergy to animals should be advised in advance.

5. All bookings with the Mobile Ark are made subject to a non-refundable deposit of £50.

6. The outstanding balance will be due on the day of the visit. A late payment fee will be payable if this balance is not paid on the day of the booking.

7. The Mobile Ark cannot guarantee that all the animals listed in option one and option two will be able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and where possible, substitutions will be made.

8. The Mobile Ark transports their animals in a large van therefore adequate parking is needed to accommodate this for unloading and loading of animals and equipment.

9. Easy access to the venue is also required.

10. Completion of the booking form constitutes a contract with The Mobile Ark.
